Hannah Lawson, Tasmanian Coordinator/Polish Project Manager

Hannah Lawson has been self employed in her own businesses in the private sector for over 12 years. During that period she managed the Tasmanian operations of Standards Australia and established 'Studio e' as a centre for deportment and grooming training and personal development following a successful career in the fashion industry. This led Hannah into a career as a professional Casting Agent and Stylist to the Tasmanian Advertising and Marketing sectors in which capacity she has become well known and sought after in both Tasmania and the mainland states of Australia.

Hannah has a strong personal interest in and commitment to the development of personal presentation and representation skills in young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has successfully combined her background, interest and networks to develop the Beacon Foundation's newest templated program - 'Polish', in which young people are assisted in their personal development and in building the self confidence needed to achieve their potentials.

Through the commercial realities of 'Studio e' and the social realities of 'Polish', Hannah is able to remain up to date with fashion and market trends as well as in close contact with the needs and interests of young Australians from all walks of life.
